"Had an appointment in December 2022. Upon leaving I was told instead of giving me an appointment they would call me next year in December. I waited until February and finally went in for an appointment. I was told the earliest I could get was in June.I have cataracts and they are getting worse. They don't care because my advantage plan doesn't pay as much as others."

"Dropped off broken glasses several months ago. Call eye boutique and mailbox is full??? Not professional at all."

"Dr Perich was our eye Dr had cataract surgery June 1st and June 15th 2023. The office is totally unprofessional,not telling me I needed a form from my primacy Dr before surgery (which took 3 weeks to get) and ended up moving my appointments ahead, to doing surgery and on the 2nd eye coming home with huge blood thing in my eye and was told you moved during surgery.Was never asked about this and wanted ..."
