"Was friendly in the beginning but I needed FMLA paperwork done because I drive a truck for a living and can’t take medication while operating the vehicle. The doctor refused to fill out their section of the paperwork because I would not be in the hospital. “ This procedure was not medical.” In her words. Pulling 20 teeth out isn’t medical? They had no clue how to fill out their section of paperwork. ..."
