"Called at 8am for a possible appointment for an infection. Informed a triage nurse would call me. 3 hours passed, no call so I went to urgent care. Unacceptable that I received no call back."

"The worst care you could possibly get. I had a uti and they told me to go to the nearest minute clinic. The next time I called my Dr. about back pain when I lifted something the wrong way, they told me there were no appointments and to go to the ER. They cancelled my 1 year check up twice, and every month I have problems just getting my prescription filled on time. They’ve even gotten the dose ..."
