"Rude office. Refused to check mix up of my info w another patient. Said I have to see nurse not dr because I had cancelled and rescheduled spots. Used to be great place but not now. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring. "

"Have used for years u til my dr retired. Called to make an appt was told I had cancelled many times that I did not do. Tried to explain that their sec had told me my records had be mixed w another patients last year. Totally ignored me. Told me nurse would call to tell me IF I could get appt. She called the Nxt day and as phone was ringing she hung up. I called them. Sec said nurse hung up because ..."
