"I recently called for a confirmation of my referral. They said since it was not marked "urgent" they will get to me. Right now they are dealing with referrals from May. Long time to wait. Will look for another one in the state."

"I had an appointment with Douglas Roda, PA. He talked me into a biopsy on my nose and said scarring would be quite minimal. Not so. It was, seemingly infected, not healing well. I left 2 messages, to be seen, helped. No answer. I called a 3rd time a week later. Medical assistant answered; l I said my name, she hung up on me.(!) Why? Because I needed follow up? This is how a medical facility works?! ..."
