"No matter the time of day when one calls, ALL calls go to voicemail. It doesn’t matter if one is calling to schedule an appointment or to speak with a nurse. It is impossible to speak to someone when calling the first through 40th time. Then, when they finally call back they take an attitude about not answering the telephone. I’ve reached the point where I’m looking for another practice."

"I do not recommend this practice. The front desk staff is hostile and rude. How they continue to treat patients so horribly here is beyond me. People are coming in sick and with medical issues. I like Dr. Fuhrlong but I am tired of being treated with disrespect. They don't even answer their phone or return calls "
