"Though my medical staff itself is good, from what I have seen as a patient there is that the cancer institute itself is a shambles. They do not bother to book chemo infusions even though they promise and smile that they will, your appointment will rarely show up on the portal, I had one booked for today, got to the cancer center and "someone" forgot to book me a slot last week, they expected me to ..."
