"Need FMLA paperwork filled out. The Dr is confused on what to do. I have sent multiple messages through the portal to him telling him what is needed. Been waiting for the paperwork for two weeks. My employer is getting impatient in not having it back in a timely manner. I called today for the second time, no reply from the DR. Most likely switching Dr practices. I don't feel like I matter."

"ALWAYS problems with this office. Used to love it... all the good people left. Front desk staff never gets it right. Providers are all but useless. Even trying to reach anyone by phone takes days. Prescriptions are never at the pharmacy when they "have been sent". I can't wait to get my daughter established elsewhere. Clicked one star because zero stars wasn't an option. "

"Providers here seem uncaring. I have had several visits for varied medical care needs, every time I have left my experience feeling as though they didn't want to help me. I moved to this area from another location, but am now going to travel back to my original provider in another health system. Wellspan showed more care and compassion in their care than Penn State Health. Very disappointed."
