"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the most unethical medical practice I have ever been to. The rates they charge insurance for physical therapy are insane. I calculated they charge about $35-40 PER MINUTE. So you go warm up on an elliptical for 8 minutes, that’s $320. The invoices are coded so they are impossible to understand and come 6 months after the appointment. I paid nearly $2k out of pocket ..."
