"In tennessee at the emergency room, they decide you need inpatient and they go behind your back to get court order based on law that you must be placed in first place with an open bed. I sat with my relative 12 hrs with only ice water, ignored by staff. Slept there. Patient was told they were being transported to Peninsula. No one asked if patient would volunteer to go. Law lets them take your rights. ..."
