" I urge you NOT to use this Provider under any circumstances. Reliance upon :"OFF LABEL" uses not having had trials backed by research. It is greatly frowned upon and is very risky to the User.. It has resulted in many lawsuits. Ironically all previous unfavorable reviews were erased immediately after I complained to the Provider's Manager and the Hospital's Patient Advocate !"
