"This practice has produced dreadful experiences for me. The staff needs to learn to listen and produce work that isn’t “sloppy”. I have just terminated my relationship with a third provider there. I am moving care miles away which is inconvenient for me yet I never wish to be seen at PenBay Internal ever again !"
