"Even though you are given an appointment time and arrive at that time, if you don't arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your appointment time, they want to reschedule you after waiting a month for an appointment. The only reason why I was seen was because I started commenting on how that didn't make any sense and another lady helped me out and checked me in. Why not just schedule the appointment for 15 minutes ..."
