"I tried to call and schedule an appointment for my children. We are existing patients. The office closes at 5, but they stop answering the phone at 430pm. It's ridiculous they can't keep someone at the reception desk until they close. If you call at 445, you get sent to an answering service that does nothing but say they are sorry the office isn't open. Terrible way to run your business."
