"Had my daughter’s routine visit today during the covid pandemic. Office was very clean, they took all temperatures, asked us to wash our hands and held open all the doors, etc to minimize contact touching. Dr. So was great with my daughter as to explaining what he was going to do, what tools were being used and why, and continued to talk her through the services to make her as comfortable as possible. "The worst was the very entitled and bossy front desk person. I expressed some concerns and he was very dismissive each time. Very condescending. "Top notch dentist. They pulled my five yr olds tooth and he did not shed a tear! Amazing! The staff are about as nice as people get. Very honest and informed about treatment options. Even accommodated my family after losing our normal insurance because of shutdown. ( doing the right thing).
