So yes, that’s why we came together so one child and be with each parent. "My daughter had 12:10pm appointment today and when we arrived the office at 12:05pm, there were 2 people in front of me waiting for the front desk lady and she was on the phone. By the time she finished her phone-call and took care of all the people in front of me, it was around 12:15pm. "We waited almost an hour and a half for our appointments. We barely saw a dentist for 60 seconds. She didn’t introduce herself or explain in a clear way what the xrays showed. There was no interest in the patients. I understand that it’s difficult to run an office during a pandemic, but this doesn’t justify poor communication with patients and parents."
