"My visit went alright! I have two boys and my husband and I both went. The staff has no idea how to handle the protocol. They kept insisted one parent with each child. So yes, that’s why we came together so one child and be with each parent. "My daughter had 12:10pm appointment today and when we arrived the office at 12:05pm, there were 2 people in front of me waiting for the front desk lady and she was on the phone. By the time she finished her phone-call and took care of all the people in front of me, it was around 12:15pm. "We waited almost an hour and a half for our appointments. We barely saw a dentist for 60 seconds. She didn’t introduce herself or explain in a clear way what the xrays showed. There was no interest in the patients. I understand that it’s difficult to run an office during a pandemic, but this doesn’t justify poor communication with patients and parents."
