"I did like teh office and the dentist and staff. I was a little put off about the $10 sterilation fee. I've never heard of this before and was annoyed that it was not mentioned before I booked my appointment. I also would expect that this service would be included in the price of the exam as it is with other dentists. It seems rather steep."
