"This is totally office incompetent. They do not answer their phones there is no way to get ahold of anyone in their office only a scheduler who is not on site. In order to get medical records you have to use their patient portal which does not work. We have called the helpline and have been sent links to update the account but it creates circular errors. This has gone on for months."

"Hollywood location is unethical, and don’t care about their patients who are children! We were turned away for not having health insurance. Which I was aware of and ready to pay as they knew when I scheduled over the phone. Then to wait in the office after check in. Receptionist told me I had a credit and I didn’t need to pay.
