"I called Monday morning at 8am to try and schedule a sick visit. I was told nothing was available. I made an appointment for Tuesday. They perscribed a breathing medication that was on a national backorder. I called later that Tuesday to get a medication substitute an was told someone would return my call in 24hrs. Its Sunday an I still havent heard anything. We ended up at the ER an told my son ..."
