"I went in for a routine cleaning. The hygienist broke my custom-made night guard while cleaning in the ultrasound machine. Huge hassle. Now waiting 2-months for an appointment to see my specialist to have it rebuilt or made again from scratch. Huge impact on quality of life; no night guard means my TMJ gets significantly worse. Dentist was robotic; didn't even introduce herself. Zero starts. ..."
