"I like my doctor at this location but have had very bad experience with blood draws for lab work. My doctor has ordered bloodwork at least 3 times. I have waited and waited in the lobby and have never gotten my blood drawn. This makes the quality of my care at this clinic very low."

"I had a 9:15a.m. appointment for mom that is 87yrs.old. I asked the gal at 9:35 how much longer, male patient came in was called back in less then 5 minutes, she went spoke with the nurses came back saying they were having water issues and the doctor's need water, 10a.m. finally was seen, but businesses would be quick to charge for being late. Communication is the key to good customer service."
