"This place keeps calling me every single day at very inconvenient times to make an appointment but since I am unable to answer, they leave their number to call to make an appointment. For the last two weeks, I've been trying to call with NO luck. They NEVER pick up the phone! How am I going to make the appt??? Very unprofessional place the least."

"So bad not even close to ok. Jack dzung Nguyen n.p. referred 2 wrong things, had to beg for pain medicine after seeing me crying in there, the assistant is complaining about fixing the referral after she hears what the imaging says about getting it done within 48 hours cause its life threatening.. she tells me she could fix it today but she's not going to because I was rude to god only knows who because ..."

They take time to listen and respond to any concerns. The office staff is have been there since I started going there and they are friendly and helpful"

"I found a lump in my breast....looking at the big "C" and get nothing but uncaring, rude and unprofessional treatment from staff. When I called about results of biopsy I was told "Well no news is good news, right?" uh, NO! When I was called about a surgical consult before I even received the results of my biopsy I said "but I haven't even received the results of the biopsy yet" the response I received ..."
