"This is an organization whose billing practices are subpar, at best. I have been sent to Collections for what, I do not know. EVERY EOB shows the ER provider charge of $930 as being paid in full by insurance companies . Conveniently, their "system is down" and no one can help me. "But we'll call you back!!" CRAZY Ridiculous."

"My date of service was in February 2024. It is now August 2024. I have called and explained the same problem 7-8 times. This is a billing office that does not know how to bill Medicare. I have asked for supervisors to call me back. I have yet to receive a call. I have explained to THEM how to process the claim, and they still do it incorrectly. "When Idalia was threatening Pasco County my son came down with Covid 19 symptoms. The at home test was positive. He is uninsured. It was imperative to obtain a perscription for the treatment so he would be less likely to get sicker. All doctors, urgent care and medical centers were closed. So we went to North Bay Hospital. Mortan Plant Meese has been generous with financial aid. The doctor is charging ..."
