"Parkway Pathology is a pain. They processed a claim wrong a year ago and I have been trying to resolve. Now they sent me to collections over $165. All they need to do is process the claim correctly."

"I have never received a bill via text, e-mail, physical mail or any other medium. The first time I received any notice at all was from a collections company. This company is corrupt and I’ve made it my personal mission to report them to every state and federal agency possible. I’ve already started with the Missouri State Attorney General."

"Like other reviewers, I received an email with a link to pay a bill, not indicating who provided the service other than a medical group which does not show up on any insurance EOB, or when the service was provided. There was no explanation of the charges yet they expect you to click on a link and provide your payment information. No one should provide that information in this pfishing age. So if ..."

"Just got a call from a debt collector that I owe $11 and some cents from March of 2023. I never NOT pay my bills. The lady was nice and very courteous but I honestly have no idea what this is for or why I never actually received a bill that needed to be paid.
