"After 3 months I still haven't met Dr Hendrix, I requested to see him and was told by Heidi Campbell another MD there, that she would tell him but doubted that I would see him even though he was supposed to be my Dr. I was treated like a child, she was very rude to me also a woman named Jennifer. I was taking a controlled substance & they would not prescribe the medication due to it being a controlled ..."

"Will never recommend this place, out of the blue the Dr Hendrix there dropped me as a patient, stating I was non compliment for not following recommendations from him regarding alternative medication for anxiety pills. I did everything they asked me to do. The place treated me badly, never hot to see the Dr himself only 2 other female Dr's Heidi Campbell & Jennifer Chouchane, who treated me badly, ..."
