"practice is lazy and dismissive with parents concerns of emergencies. The child they have working the front desk was rude and aggressive. I tried to maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with this person while my child was having a crisis. They decided to claim I used "curse words" and asked me to leave or they would call the police. The child working the front desk obviously lied about what happened ..."
