"Scheduled a visit two weeks in advance, was called two times to verify my appointment and was told I only needed to bring my referral. At the time of the appointment they asked for a xray which I did not have and wanted to charge me for the xray , staff began arguing with my wife and made threats. The doctor then refused to even speak to me about my visit , staff also yelled out my private information ..."

"I went to this office to get my daughter's wisdom tooth out and from past experience I made sure to ask before the appt to be informed of any out of pocket costs. We had to reschedule because they never got back to me & 2 days before the 2nd appt when they called to remind me about the appt I explained that no one called about the insurance. She assured me they would call. I called again the day before ..."
