"Front desk people where the worst and rude unless you were speaking Spanish! They were so in a hurry for me to pay while I sit for hours and wait behind people who weren't American citizens and didn't have identification! They continue to laugh and play while patients are suffering and waiting,!"

"States on their services that they do exams and crowns. When asked for a new patient (I was told to call) appointment with possible crowns. Instant”nope we don’t do that”. How discouraging for anyone looking for services. Not even a “come in and we’ll take a look.”"

"I gave their review to my doctor. Found out my oncologist had returned it to them immediately up receipt. After 2 weeks learned had referred to a dentist after 2 weeks of waiting which I never received. This was supposed had been an urgent request. When I was trying to determine why they notified me today the office secretary hung up on me. Panama City Dr norton"
