"Husband's appt was at 2 pm. Arrived at 1:45. By 3 p.m. still hadn't been seen. No explanations. Finally left! They better not even think about billing his insurance for missed appt. Funny how if the patient is late or a no-show, they will charge you, but the patients time and what it cost to drive over an hour to get there mean nothing when the doctor is a no show or late"
