"When we checked in they asked me to wait in car (I was glad to do)! I asked the receptionist if someone would call or talk to me after my sons consultation. The receptionist assured me I’d get a phone call or someone would walk to the car to talk to me. As soon as My son walked out to the car he said I needed to pay the co-pay. I went to go back inside and the door was locked. I called and the answering ..."
