"I left after waiting an hour. No one ever contacted me to apologize or offer any explanation. Unprofessional does not begin to describe this operation. They did send a text with a request to fill out a survey. I did and in that survey they wanted to know if I wanted someone to contact me. I said yes, and three weeks later still nothing. I waited almost a month for the appointment and am better ..."

"Had an appointment this morning to schedule surgery. Got there and was told that I was not down for an appointment. I did have an appointment scheduled, but apparently the scheduler didn’t enter it properly. I asked if I could be “worked in”, and was told that wouldn’t be possible because they were short staffed in the back. The next available appointment was November 15. Seems like the office ..."
