"This is a very unprofessional and rude practice. They do not answer phone calls, take weeks to process fax based referrals and when they do call back they make it sound like they are doing you a favor by even calling you. I decided to go elsewhere, Stay away from this dysfunctional practice."

"Had a procedure done here. Gave them my insurance information a month in advance and was never informed of any issue. Then, a month after the procedure they inform me my insurance doesn't cover this procedure and I am responsible for an $850 bill. I called my insurance company and was told Palmetto Greenville Urology had never even filed a claim. I'm still trying to get this figured out, but in ..."
