"I love carissa but the office staff do not so their jobs. One lady is super rude on the phone the other is nice but never gets anything I call about done. I was prescribed a cpap machine Sept 2024 its now July and after 4 calls to remind them and being told they'd call it in I still haven't heard. My friend also has issues eith their office.
