"My mom is (now was) a patient at this place. The provider she sees is out and the woman (not friendly) I spoke with didn't even offer to connect me to someone else who can help my mom (who needs a referral for inpatient rehab as she has no function of her legs at all). Unbelievable. I work in healthcare and cannot believe a place like this exists. Awful."
