"Horrible practice. The Dr. Himself was nice, but everything else is awful. Save yourself the trouble and use a different clinic. I've had issues with the billing department- charging for no-shows when THEY cancelled the appointment. Then they say they're callingthe meds in, and the referral was never sent. When I try to call them, I leave a message for them to call me back, and I never get called ..."

"caused me to lose all control over my body 4 over 8 months. Still struggling to get my strength up which will never be what it was. That was over a yr and 1/2 ago. NOW THIS! There is no way this co should get away w treating elderly or any patients as they have. I doubt this will be able to stay up or be completed, but I'm upset & don't want anyone to get in the same position I'm in now."

"Some Rent a Doc, via phone prescribed me an incredibly unnecessary/strong antibiotics which along w my other prescription could have been fatal..It did cause me to lose all control over my body 4 over 8 months. "This is absolutely inexcusable & if I wasn't so busy trying to replace my Dr"s who vanished w/o so much as a word, I would be research any legal ramifications for neglect, you can't leave people in the middle of their treatments without medication or references. Dr Wofford was the best Dr Ive ever had. If he left w/o enough time 2 make sure his patients were all notified, then he had good reason. ..."

My wife and I have maintenance medication we been on for years in need of refills. H-E-B pharmacy tried several attempts faxing over the renewal request but they said they never received an authorization to refill. 3 attempts me calling the PAK customer service all said ..."

"Dr. Wofford gets 5 stars, BUT the scheduling and everything else is a mess. We started with PAK 5 years ago and it was great. Then they got voted "Best in New Braunfels" and it went down hill from there with everyone wanting to be a PAK patient. (Beware voting for your Dr. on those polls!). If you call, the person who may eventually answer after going through their “menu” is probably in Florida or some other state and can only leave a message for you. It’s ridiculous. "Bureaucratic nightmare, Rude, condescending and unresponsive. Several issues with their service. Most recently I experienced a respiratory issue and called for an appointment. They said they would have to get back to me, which they never did. I called again and asked to speak to the front desk. They wouldn’t let me do that. Never heard back. Talk about poor service."
