"I WAS TOLD I CANNOT MOVE (RESCHEDULE) MY APPT W/OUT 12 OR 24 HR NOTICE, I AM NO CANCELLING, JUST MOVE IT OVER. NOT ONLY WAS I REQUIRED TO PAY FIRST BEFORE I EVEN GO IN AND NOW THEY WILL NOT TAKE MY APPT OR CHANGE AND THEIR MANAGER HEATHER IS NOT IN UNTIL NEXT WEEK. SO I AM OUT OF MY OWN MONEY BEFORE THE SERVICE HAS EVEN BEEN PERFORMED .."
