"OK, probably the worst medical office ever! I had an appointment with Dr. Casey Fisher but instead was seen by a Physician's Assistant who just recommended a stronger pain med but no other solution. The office personnel, over the phone, were completely rude and for the 20-minute appointment with the Physician's Assistant I received a bill for $722.
