"This review is strictly about the back of the house, not the medical care provided. Between my daughter and me we called eight times to make an appointment. Each time we got an answering machine. Never received a call back. I had to drive to them to make an appointment. When I ran out of the prescription I was given the pharmacy made repeated calls to get a refill authorization. No response.
