"Horrible place to try and get pain relief. Being told I’m too young to be prescribed pain medication when I deal with CONSTANT SEVERE PAIN EVERY day this is a slap in the face. This is why people hurt themselves, you can’t get the care you need! To just function! If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this place"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Pain Care Boise has been unresponsive to both referrals and patient questions. Despite multiple attempts to check on my ESI referral, no one has answered the phone or returned my calls. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for patient care. Additionally, the lack of communication and follow-up demonstrates a disregard for patient needs ..."

"Pain Care Boise doesn't respond to referrals or their patients. I have called multiple times to check on my ESI referral and NO ONE has answered the phone or returned my call. This is extremely disappointing and there is no excuse for this lack of patient care."

Clients experiencing pain probably don’t make their job easy, and probably quite difficult. I know how I feel when needing relief, and it is not always pretty. "Complete waste of time and money. I should have listened to the other reviews. The front desk is rude and then when you see the doctors they don't actually read your medical history that you provided them and continually do procedures anyways. Prices seem to vary as well, had a large charge that the front desk couldn't explain why and how all my other procedures were different. Doctors there are quick ..."
