"Rating for the office staff, not the doctors. I was told from multiple ppl that I had to have an appointment in order to receive med refills. Back and forth with ppl from billing and with the assistants. Had an appointment scheduled for a month out. When I asked if it was normal for patients to be okayed to be off their meds like that they just said it was policy and hopefully there’s be a last ..."

"I was refused service! Their only explanation was "We can't meet your needs". This was after a 20 minute intake, giving them my insurance info, and my selfie. My needs are basic: medication for depression. What a humiliating experience no one should ever have to go through."
