"Improve your new customer communication. The PDI Robot called after hours, spoke quickly and hung up. This is not an efficient means of communication with a first time customer. I have been to many Dr's. over the years and his professionalism is compared to none other than the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN to which I have been.
