"Don't bother with this practice unless it's your only option. I was referred to this office by my primary care provider and called to put my name on the list to receive a call from the intake coordinator. Was told that I would get a call back within 2 weeks. It has now been months with no call back and I have given up on following up with this office. Unbelievably poor admin management, no idea about ..."

"Unbelievably poor. Intake coordinator makes over-the-phone decisions that apparently override the referral of treating professionals. I'm not sure what qualifications Maxine has, but she is apparently the gatekeeper to the program and will make decisions counter to the recommendations of the people treating the individual. "I received extremely uncompassionate care. I was mocked by staff. I dealt with staff that went out of their way to trigger me with side comments, and worsen my mental health. They are not accommodating to patients with severe anxiety and trauma, and seem to favor happy patients who are able to have their issues fixed in 2 business days."
