"Very frustrating my daughter arrived 8 minutes late due to going to the wrong building. They refused to see her. Said they have a 10 min window I called them while she was there was hung up on and manager refused to speak to me. She was 8 minutes late. Well within the 10 minutes but wouldn’t budge. It took us 3 months to get in. They wouldn’t listen to her and cut her off when she tried to explain. ..."
