"I really like how you can reserve a time online if you know in advance you need to go to urgent care. I've always received excellent care and so have my children. Sometimes there's a long wait, but that's to be expected with a walk-in clinic. There have been times I've also got in really quickly as well. I'm grateful for this option. They're very professional and kind as well. "

I only waited about 20-30 minutes in the waiting area, which was within the range of what they reported the expected wait to be on their website. "Flat out crooks and deceitful medical practices. Went in and sat for 2 hours just to be told as soon as the doctor walked in that I had to go IMMEDIATELY to the ER because they could not help me here. I was never examined by the doctor, only told by him I had to get to the ER asap. On the way out I asked for a work note from the receptionist. She refused and said the ER will give me one.
