"My husband had a hip replacement here. He was taken in OR at 9:30. Everything went well. But unfortunately his leg was numb. It was a Friday at 3:30. Nurses were rude and acted like they wanted him out of there. They brought him in wheel chair told me to get a wheelchair. Leaving us on our own. I frantically called some neighbors to get him out of car at home. He went to bed and got up to go the bathroom. ..."

"My family has had the misfortune to be required to use this facility (Hilton Head Outpatient Hospital) on several occasions. There are many problems but the absolute worse is that they allow people sitting in the waiting area to talk on their cellphones. Yes, people with any sense of dignity for following the simple rules of courteous behavior would go outside but, no, they sit and make constant phone ..."
