"I was very happy and satisfied with my daughter’s doctor until the doctor failed to comply with his duties. I called the behavioral health clinic several times, but nothing happened. Now my daughter doesn’t have any medication for her illness and she’s about to have a crisis after five years of been out of the mental hospital."
