"Run from this place. They will dump you like garbage when a provider leaves or dies. The ineptitude of this place is appalling. I'm ashamed to have wasted my time with OU. I requested help after I received a letter my provider was no longer there. Mind you I got the letter June 14TH. I called June 15th because I wondered why my scripts weren't being filled. I'm told by the receptionist my scripts ..."

"I was also advised to look for another doctor after my family and I were patients at Canyon Park since my kids were little. My kids are now middle aged. I only have Medicare and no secondary insurance. It is going to be tough for me to find a new provider. Really disappointed."

"Used to be great. However, my parents have been going to Canyon Park for 48 years and were told today they had to find someplace else for a family doctor. There are not enough doctors on staff to help them out. Not much loyalty there...48 years!! You'd think the staff would do something to help them out. "
