"Medications that were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy were not. So I Did not have them for my surgery."

"Visit with Dr. Kardestuncer for a hand injury went very well. He listened carefully to my story, asked clarifying questions, reviewed imaging, and performed a gentle exam. All this fortified my confidence in his judgement as to how to proceed. He thoroughly exlained his rationale and invited comment and questions. "Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor, he could care less what was going on with me, but was gracious enough to give me three minutes of his time in which he couldn’t be bothered to answer any of my questions, just write a couple of Scripps and MoveOn. The Dollar General of doctors. Not even disappointed just mad. 9:00 o’clock appointment back in my car at 9:25."

"Stay away from Dr. Wagner and Orthopedic Group in Norwich! First of all, my spouse injured his back. We were able to an appointment very quickly BUT from the start issues with claims. We end up paying over $800 for a procedure that was denied by Insurance due to a lack of documents and communications from the office. After we paid and several calls back with the insurance company was approved yet ..."

"Went couple years ago, wouldn't take my anthem blue cross insurance, said wait a couple years until your on Medicare, waited in major pain, now don't take my Medicare plan. Fix that and now they won't see me because I canceled an appointment a year earlier. Now I can't work and will lose my business, never thought people could be that cruel. I never treated anybody like that in the 40 years I ..."
