"The doctors are great but the business office - HORRIBLE. You can't speak to anyone, you go straight to VM and do not receive calls backs. You can't get FMLA paperwork back to save your life. Bills don't align with the EOB's, my husband had to quit PT early because the PT office said the order had ran out and they couldn't get a new order so insurance quit paying but at my follow up he was told ..."

"Phone call system is horrible. You’re put on hold for 20 minutes or so and then the recording had me leave my number so someone can call me back after waiting all that time! Frustrated! Hopefully I get a call soon"
